SUPPLY OF GOODS
All goods will be dispatched in plain packaging within 14 days, depending on availability. Any delays will be notified by e-mail. A charge of $5.00 for all North Island and $8.00 South Island postage and handling. Batteries will be supplied free for any products that require them at the time of ordering.

PAYMENT
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa / Master Card / American Express / Diners Club, as well as Bartercard. If you wish to pay by cheque, forward with the order form to AdultNZ., P.O. Box 14092 Tauranga. Goods will be sent following clearance of the cheque.

RETURNS
Please return any defective products in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt and the reasons for the return. For health reasons used products cannot be replaced. All goods are covered by the consumers guarantees act unless purchased for business purposes.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If a cardholder wishes to cancel an order, they must use the contact form (quoting their order number) and a reply will be sent to confirm the cancellation.
